This wristband is great for exercises where your wrist is likely to be more stable like deadlifts or bench press. For movements where you could expect a bit more flexibility, I would opt for the stretchy band rather than this stiff one.

These offer excellent support and comfort.I find now quite regularly that certain exercises hurt my wrists, and conjure to hurt them long after I've finished (37 now). These little beauties put a stop to all that though. Locking the wrist in place and hugely reducing the strain on the wrist by reducing its available movement.Press ups were the main item that really caused me pain but these are super useful for anything potentially wrists heavy, bench press, dumbells, anything that can potentially cause the wrist to take the strain.Can't recommend thses highly enough, full adjustable sk will suit a huge range or wrist sizes and you can tighten to preference.

What can I say? Best quality and the best priced wrist wrap on the market. Honestly being a long time gym goer I've tried numerous brands and this has to be the best. The fact you've got flexible and stiff wraps for different situations gives you versatility for strongman etc. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
