DELIVERY
United Kingdom
- All orders £50 and above to the UK are sent free of charge on a 2-3 day delivery service. This is usually Hermes, Royal Mail or Yodel.
- Orders below £50 are charged at £2.95
- Next working day delivery is £4.95 on order below £50, or £2.95 on orders above £50. Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday – Friday.
- We dispatch Monday – Friday.
Europe
- We do offer European shipping however as prices are currently fluctuating on a daily basis, please add your items to the basket and you will be able to get an accurate price during checkout.
USA
- We do offer USA shipping however as prices are currently fluctuating on a daily basis, please add your items to the basket and you will be able to get an accurate price during checkout.
RETURNS
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products and if you decide you no longer want the product you ordered and wish to return it for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery. Items must be returned in a resalable condition in the original, unopened packaging.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All faulty items can be returned for either a full refund or replacement. Please contact us for instructions on how to arrange the return.
