Very tough and durable

Strong, durable design that fits comfortably around my hands and wrist. Giving a reassuring assisted grip to an Olympic bar. Used this countless times now and the material and stitching have held up well to the forces exerted on them. Great value in my opinion.

Slightly longer and thinner than others I've used, but still very good for your deadlifts!

I've used a few pairs of figure-8 straps (made famous by huge deadlifters such as Eddie Hall) and they certainly take any focus of deadlifting away from your grip and allow you to focus on your back, legs, bracing, etc. They don't come with any instructions, but essentially what you want to do is:*Firstly, note that you will be using a double overhand grip and NOT a mixed grip*Now, thread your hands through the top hole on each grip, so they rest on the back of your wrist*Wrap the second hole of each grip around the inside to outside of the bar and thread your hand over the top,*Now slide them along the bar so that they are a good few inches outside of your deadlifting grip,*Pull your wrists upwards so there is tension on the wraps*Keep this tension whilst moving your hands (not the wraps!) inside to your usual deadlifting gripIt takes a bit of practice, but you should feel the wraps feel locked in on your wrists as you deadlift and that there is minimal pressure on your hands - i.e. the bar is essentially hanging from your wrists. The wraps themselves are of very good quality. The black and white design looks very good and the subtle 'Muscle Locker' logo is well-suited for a gym environment. I would say that compared to some figure-8 grips I've used in the past they are a little thinner (width-wise) and longer (length-wise). As such, I found I needed to take them out a bit wider than other wraps I've used, but I didn't find they performed much differently. In addition, although they were thinner, they didn't seem any less strong, less durable or uncomfortable. Honestly, they felt as good as other ones I've used in the past and as these ones were a bit cheaper I think for most people they're probably the better buy (unless you have a preference for shorter and thicker figure-8s).Overall, I think these wraps are brilliant for deadlift training - whether deadlifts, sumo deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, clean deadlifts, snatch deadlifts, etc. They save your grip and are especially useful if you happen to have sore hands or forearms from other training or are pushing higher percentages that your grip may limit you on. The quality of them is very good and they will last for a very long time. At just 14.99 (at time of writing) they seem some of the best priced high-quality figure-8 straps I've come across.

Great for deadlifts (4.7 stars)

This type of strap is better much than the strap you have to tie around your hand then the bar. This strap is just easier to install and the grip doesnt loosen after a few reps unlike the other type. Overall Im a massive fan of this and would recommend it to anyone who has problems with gripping the bar for certain compound exercises.

Great lifting straps

I've tried a few different straps for lifting and these are quality, very well stitched, strong material which is both durable and comfortable to hold. I havent tested them to any huge weight but they are more that good enough for the 120-150 lifts that I usually do.
